| VFP Enterprise Business Series Training Class at Fermen authorized training center. This class covers the basics and essentials of working with VFP Enterprise Business Series. Included is the System Manger, General Ledger, AR, AP, Purchasing, Inventory, and Sales Quotes/Orders/Invoices. (price is per person for a two day training class) |

| On Site Installation at your location. This service will cover migration to Windows, data conversion and import from another software when possible, installation on a network, workstation installation, user setup, and basic instructions on how to use the VFP Enterprise Business Series software. | VFP Support Incident Price is per hour for general VFP support. Minimum charge of $250. This support is typically used for custom programming, consulting services or data disaster recovery which are billed as required per job basis. | $ 190 |
| Yearly support plans include unlimited phone support, maintenance releases and service packs available for download from the web. Current and new version updates during the years contract span. Price does not include custom programming, consulting services or data disaster recovery which might occur due to disk crashes or virus attacks. These are additional services and are billed as required. Support hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm EST. After hours support is available, contact us for details. | |
